The 799ph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

During registration, all players are required to declare their date of birth and consent to age verification. Where 799ph has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered account belongs to a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended pending identity and age verification. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 21, the account will be permanently closed, all bonus funds forfeited, and any real-money deposits returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
